Attorney Mark Miyasaki plays a pivotal role at the Talbot Law Group as an attorney who is highly skilled in all areas of the probate field – including Litigation, Administration, Planning, and Conservatorship. Mark has been nominated as a SuperLawyers Rising Star for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024. Mark not only holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence but also a Masters in Business Administration.
Mark has extensive experience in the litigation field and is a contributing author to Elder Law Litigation Strategies, published by West Publications/Aspatore. He has successfully represented numerous clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiation to trial.
Mark is a Board Member and Treasurer for SEEDS Conflict Resolution Center, a non profit organization that provides mediation, facilitation, training, and restorative justice to residents and organizations in the Bay Area. Additionally, Mark is a member of the Trusts & Estate Section of the California Bar Association and a member of the Alameda County Bar Association, Contra Costa County Bar Association, and Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom.
Mark graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law with a J.D. and an MBA. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Santa Cruz.
