Emily Nashban is Partner at the Talbot Law Group, bringing with her over fifteen years of professional legal experience. In her distinguished career, Emily has held the position of senior attorney at Talbot Law Group. Before becoming a vital part of the Talbot team, she contributed her expertise to the esteemed San Francisco-based law firm, Bartko Zankel Bunzel & Miller.
Ms. Nashban brings an extensive knowledge of real estate, business, and contract law to our practice, in addition to her wealth of probate experience.
Emily’s outstanding work in the area of Trust and Estate Law have earned her the prestigious Superlawyers Rising Star Designation for 2018, 2019, and 2020.
Emily specializes in complex Trusts & Probates, Conservatorship and Estate Planning.
Ms. Nashban graduated Cum Laude from The University of San Francisco School of Law, and attained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Prior to being sworn in as an Attorney, Emily externed for California Supreme Court Judge Martin J. Jenkins when he presided as a U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of California.
Emily is an active member of Contra Costa’s Exclusive Conservatorship Panel, the State Bar of California, and the Contra Costa Bar Association, including the Elder Law Section, Estate Planning and Probate section, and the Women’s Section.
